Great place for a burger and sides.

The soda fountain counter was filthy also the tables. I cleaned the table myself

Perfectly cooked burgers and fries. Never a disappointing visit when we dine in. Friendly environment. Highly recommend stopping here.

Delicious food, but a long wait time

Food was delicious with quick service. Our cashier was friendly :) Convenient location but being that, it may sometimes attract the wrong crowd. Our dine was cut short the past 2 trips we've made here.

The burgers were really good and juicy. Their onion rings and fries were fresh and crispy. The service was decent as well and they bring you your food. The service was swift and the eating environment was clean.

Fries always good burgers were good too! Friendly people and good food!

Poor service! Its better when the ladies work. It was just guys and we all had to wait, orders mixed up...terrible!

Veggies we're fresh. Loved it. Fries was old though. Drink station needed to be wiped off. Needed fresh bucket of water n soap to wipe off tops.. Other then that it was good.

hamburgers, hot dogs, fish sticks or sandwiches, fries regular or seasoned. prompt service, will bring your food to your table.

The food is good,, customer service is good I just wish they would clean the place.

Easy see why this is a New Mexico institution. Green chile cheeseburgers cooked to order and delivered to your table.

I ate here about five years ago and had a fantastic experience. Steve enthusiastically explained the menu in detail. We loved ordering and eating here. We try to stop here on our LA to OK drives.

Worst experience. I walked into the restaurant and placed my order the cashier advised me to wait outside in my car and she'd bring me my food when it's ready. She confirmed my car with me and I was parked right in front. 10 minutes goes by,then 20, then 30 and finally after 40 minutes of waiting outside I decide to go in. I advise her I've been waiting 40 minutes for my order to which she responds " Oh, is that your Chevy Malibu?, I marked it as white so I couldn't find it" as she points directly at my silver Chevy Malibu that she couldn't find but points out. Unbelievable. My food sat there for probably 25 minutes, needless to say that it wasn't fresh when I ate it. I won't be back.

Very clean environment and it's advertisement tells like it is. Maybe its from the meals acquired made this possible. To begin with we kind of grew with it when it started and to this day it's one of the best businesses around [best burgers around only centralized in NM for a long time]. The menu also addresses all facets of how it best serves our healthwise..

Good Food

New cashier, looked like she was still learning. Forgot to ask questions. I wanted are meal to go but since she didn't ask they brought it to me as dine in. But the lady kindly bagged it up and i was on my way.

Food is always great but the employees need to be more customers friendly.

Fast food. Fast, greasy, fried food. They used to have really great fish for Lent, not any more. Green chili tarter sauce is good, only available during Lent.

Service sucks an they don't answer the phone

I’ve never been more disappointed with a restaurant in my life I’m from out of town I order two double cheese burgers to large fries two milk Shakes I then get charged 30.00 bucks thinking ok well food gonna be good right nope completely wrong I sit there waiting over 40 mins for my food it comes out cold I hate too say it but from my experience your better going to McDonald’s

I tried calling for over 20 minutes no answer then after I got there and ordered waited another 25minutes, and I swear we got itsa burgers not lotas cause look at the size, if they have really shrank to this size I won't be ordering again anytime soon plus there was 5 workers and several patrons waiting and like me weren't too happyAfter posting this and receiving the reply below I want people to know that the contract site listed does not exist, I sent two emails which came back undeliverable, so that's upsetting. I have lived in the area my whole life and have had bad service from time to time but to be blatantly lied to is beyond, so my review now is a 1, and if your reading this review just know that while the employees that day may have made mistakes the response have inaccurate information was the biggest mistake.

Needs to be bigger but foods great

The chilly fries were great. The seaFry's were cold an stiff...... Today my mom an I went to lota burger today and the season fries were GREAT! So thank you,for make our experience today a great one. Great work management you obviously one in a few that take the time to hear costumer feed back an fix the concerns of your customers. It's refreshing to know that,a place I love to eat has higher expectations and doing their jod right an well not half a$#ing it. Thank you. Rock it!

Food was excellent, just a little long on the wait for chili and Sweet Tea. Overall a pleasant experience.

Don't know if the employees were new , they messed up my order. And burgers were over cooked , also couple workers did not have masks .

They have really friendly employees and awesome food. They're great for a quick bite or to have a full on feast!

The manager was mean. Horrible customer service, my car broke down in this tiny town and we had to wait to get it fixed, they were the only place open. It was a million degrees outside and we had a dog. I understand about not having him inside but yell at us about him was totally unacceptable. All we wanted was something to eat and a place out of the sun while the car was repaired. We were told to go out side and sit on metal benches which burned our bottoms. So we ate sitting on the concrete in the little bit of shade we could find. There was nothing open and it was 3 digits. The cashier was great. The manager not so much. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Yes they're nice and have fast service but every time I come here they get my order wrong. If im paying for extra cheese and chili then I would like extra cheese and chili. The eggs are always runny and hash browns are halfway cooked. All in all this is the best Blake's out of the 2 in this town.

I come to this town for business love Blake's Lotoburger as i reside in Alb N.M im used to the quality service and here i dont get it i can call for an hour and get no answer people in this town say its notorious for them to not answer the calls that is very unprofessional i wanted to get my family dinner last night and was unable to Management needs to Step Up
